We are an independent, traditional, King James Bible Baptist church in Nederland, Texas. We believe that God has given us the answers to all of life's problems in His word. Our Pastor
Pastor Trenton Stevicks
Trenton Stevicks was born in Emporia, Kansas in 1986. He was saved at the age of 12 in 1998. He prayed & asked Christ to save him in his home after hearing a convicting sermon by Bro Joe Tuttle at Osage City Baptist Temple. He surrendered to preach at the age of 13 during a Wednesday night church service. Trenton served as youth pastor under the leadership of his dad at Fellowship Baptist Church in Bearden from 2002 at the age of 16 until 2009. After attending Bible College, Trenton returned to work at Fellowship Baptist as Assistant Pastor in 2013 until the Lord called him to pastor Mid County Baptist Church in Nederland, Texas in the spring of 2017 where he is currently still serving as Pastor.
The ministry is not limited to one position or title so Trenton has served and still serves in many areas including children’s church, bus ministry, missions department, music ministry, jail & nursing home ministries, as well as many outreach ministries including soul-winning & visitation.
Trenton met his wife, Stacie, as a result of the bus ministry of Fellowship Baptist Church in Bearden, Arkansas. They married in 2006 & have four children: Ilissa, Rheagan, Lynsi & Lucas.
